The Cadre is a 12-month personal mentoring journey with Jeanne that includes the following:
Two intense Advances at Jeanne’s house
The members of the CADRE are invited to Jeanne’s home twice during the year for 48 hours of mentoring and dialoguing with Jeanne and the other 39 youth leaders chosen to be a part of the CADRE.
Powerful, interactive monthly Conference Calls
Once a month, Jeanne hosts a 90 minute conference call with the members of the CADRE. These calls are a significant time to hear and receive Jeanne’s heart and guidance. All conference calls will be INTERACTIVE allowing members to ask questions on the topic as well as listen in to the other responses. In addition, every other month one of Jeanne’s amazing youth ministry friends, who are specialists in their fields, will join the conference call. This allows the CADRE members to have unparalleled personal access to a wide range of extraordinary national youth leaders, mentoring them on one of the youth ministry topics of their greatest expertise.
Mentoring and coaching by Jeanne via her Personal Email
To make the journey more valuable, Jeanne makes herself available to you via “personal email coaching” at a private Cadre email address for some of your more challenging youth ministry moments. You will also participate via email on a “peer coaching team” of youth pastors and leaders with similar sized youth ministries. The growth potential is awesome.
Small Iron Groups for Peer-to-Peer Encouragement
Each person within the CADRE is grouped with several other youth pastors and leaders that have similar sized youth ministries. This becomes a covenant friendship group, or Iron Group (in the tradition of “Iron Sharpening Iron”), where these leaders can grow in ministry skills and support by developing a friendship and accountability with each other. The prayer is that these other CADRE participants become lifelong friends and an incredible support to each other in the youth ministry journey.
A Ladies Only Breakaway with Jeanne for female Cadre or your wife
This special time of heartfelt encouragement and strengthening is just for the girls! As much as Jeanne wanted to have each husband and wife couple at all the events, she had to consider the change in dynamic if the CADRE goes from a group of 40 to a group of 80. So, in an effort to keep the small personal feeling in the groups, CADRE membership includes a special bonus Ladies’ Breakaway during the year that will be specifically geared for the wives of CADRE members or the lady CADRE members themselves. This will be a breakaway at Jeanne’s house for girls only!

The year is filled with some very special and priceless experiences. We just want to “spoil” each member a little but you’ll need to wait to learn what we’re talking about!
An Optional Second Year as a CADRE Member!
The CADRE experience has proven to be so fulfilling and powerful for both the youth pastors and leaders who are members as well as Jeanne herself, that Jeanne was unwilling to turn the first year members loose just yet. So, she is happy to offer an optional second year membership in the CADRE that includes many more mentoring experiences, including joining and seeing the inside workings of one of Jeanne’s unique youth retreats. The year is filled with some very special and priceless experiences.
