In this session, Nick Nelson, who is Co-Operational Director of Master's Commission Atlanta, along with his wife, Jill, asks the question, "Do we lead more from our character, or do we lead more from our reputation?" Using his experience as both a youth pastor and working with Master's students on Jeanne's home team, Nick outlines the differences between leading from character and leading from reputation and points out some of the "red flags" that warn you when you may be leading from reputation and not a godly character.
