Most problems in leadership are really not the problem. More often than not, the real problem is our attitudes. You can alter your whole life by altering your attitude. We all need to become masters of our own attitudes and the attitude we choose to cultivate is so simple and so obvious that we often make it trivial. However, it's something that I've watched cost some incredible leaders greatly.

In this month's Youth Leader's Coach, "Your Most Important Leadership Decision," I'm reminding all of us that what we can most easily overlook is what can most easily impact our leadership: Attitude. All leadership rises and falls on attitude, and in case you didn't know...the size of your heart and attitude impact the size and quality of your ministry more than anything else!
