After many decades of fulfilling years in ministry, what in my view, is the BOTTOM LINE in ministry? It's something I don't see often enough in ministry anymore. I believe the bottom line to EVERYTHING in ministry is authentically caring about people and fully showing love and friendship to them. With all the demands on our time and pressures to add numbers to our ministries...just how do you go about doing this? I love this quote, "You impress OTHERS if you're into PULPITS...but you impress GOD if you're into PEOPLE." Could it be said of us as leader's that we're into people?
