I've often heard the Scripture from Jeremiah 18 that says, "And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter; so he made it again into another vessel, as it seemed good to the potter to make.” Yet I was challenged to look at the "sculpting process" in a new way and that's what I want to share with you in this Leadership Coaching.

The wise sculptor, once satisfied with his work will set his vessel on the shelf to cure. I've often felt I've been "left on the shelf" too long and start "shouting from the shelf" … "Please use me!" Yet, if the vessel comes off the shelf too soon, it will eventually crack when it goes into the fire. How do you know if the Master Sculptor has you "on the shelf"?
